Amber joined us as a 2 year old in September '06 from Debbie Smith, Whirlwind stud, Oswestry. She is a snowcap bay based 3/4 appaloosa x 1/4 new forest. She is homozygous for the spotted gene and should produce spotted foals whatever colour stallion she is put to. Amber was in foal to Red Hot Spot when we bought her and produced a lovely colt in June '07 - see Stallion page.
She is now starting her education, being schooled and competed this year, with the hope that she will make a dressage pony for Charlotte......watch this space for her progress!!
April 2010 - Amber is proving herself to have a super jump, she had her first try at some cross country fences at Danethorpe and jumped everything she was asked to!
